Recording media

All Romantic Discoveries Recordings are issued on a bespoke basis on CD-R stock. The recording process is entirely digital from the studio sessions to the finished article. Each CD is digitally verified before being accepted for despatch.

Our CDs are tested in a variety of players to establish their compatibility. Some very old CD players have difficulties with CDs produced on CD-R stock, which was first introduced in the early 1990s. For best results, please use a compatible CD player.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Marquess Educational Consultants, Ltd., offers refunds in accordance with the European Union Distance Selling Directive and Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This is applicable to consumers within the UK and EU only, and does not apply in the event of transactions from one business to another - for example where the consumer is a self-employed practitioner.

For UK and EU consumers except those excluded above: a statutory "cooling off" period of seven days will apply after ordering during which you may cancel without giving a reason. You must contact us during the seven-day period by the quickest method - we recommend email or fax. You must then send a confirmation by postal mail with your signature in ink. The date of your cancellation will then be taken as the date of the receipt of your fax or email. Marquess Educational Consultants, Ltd., reserves the right to refund payments using its preferred method of payment.

Because each CD is manufactured to order, it is standard practice for Marquess Educational Consultants, Ltd., to despatch orders only after seven days have elapsed from the placing of the order.  Please note that we do not normally send an acknowledgement of your order other than the automated receipt that PayPal provides for your transaction. Please email us if you want to check the status of your order.

After the seven day period, Marquess Educational Consultants, Ltd., offers refunds only in the event that a CD is found to be faulty in manufacture. If your CD is faulty, please return it in its packaging for either a replacement or a refund as you choose, with a description of the problem so that we can investigate the fault and improve our product.

Non-UK and EU consumers and those UK and EU consumers excluded above: the "cooling off" period will not apply and your order will be despatched when ready.
